East Grand Rapids High School offers 15 male, 15 female, and one coed sports program. They have accumulated 121 state titles including 11 in Varsity Football. The East Grand Rapids High School Performing Arts Center was built in 2002 for $21 million. In 2007, President George W. Bush visited it to speak about the War on Terror.
